Terms & Conditions

  1. The minimum secretarial subscription period is 12 months. Refund is NOT allowed in the event of early termination before the expiry of the subscription period.
  2. The 12-month subscription period will be determined as follows :-

    – For Switch To Us: From the date of appointment of company secretary
  3. Company subscribed to the Popular plan is entitled to unlimited Assignment(s) listed in Category 1 above.
  4. Company subscribed to the Premium plan is entitled to unlimited Assignment(s) listed in Category 1 & Category 2 above.
